November 12, Warsaw
The China Poland Export Brand Joint Expo opened today at PTAK Warsaw Expo, and the first day brought strong interest to our booth K305. The compact size, insulation strength, and plug-and-use design of our capsule units attracted visitors looking for practical solutions for tourism and small property upgrades.
What drew the most attention
Buyers were particularly curious about how capsule houses could serve:
Mountain and forest resorts
Backyard guest rooms
Seasonal worker housing
Farm accommodation and agri-tourism cabins
Small commercial spaces such as on-site offices
The triple-layer glass, smart ventilation, and ready-to-use bathroom setups were repeatedly highlighted as reasons why capsule homes fit European conditions.
Product discussions throughout the day
Many visitors compared model sizes directly at the booth and asked about customization, delivery timeframes, and estimated operating costs. The convenience of “transport in, place, connect and use” sparked the most conversation, especially among property developers and tourism operators.
Looking ahead to the next two days
More meetings are already booked for Day 2, with buyers expecting to return with drawings and land details. The interest from Poland and nearby countries shows strong potential for capsule houses in the European outdoor living market.
